Constant excuses

Around about 5 August I went to the store to buy roofsheets. They said they'd phone me back for a quote. I had to phone them 4times before they gave me a quote. I accepted the quote and my products were delivered to my customer. After I arrived on site I found they delivered the wrong product. I phoned the store and they said they would rectify it as soon as possible. Since that initial phone call I have had nothing but excuses about when the product will arrive. It is now 6weeks later and only after going back to the store again has anything been done about the problem. And I've now discovered that the initial quote that I phoned for so many times was incorrect and they wanted me to pay extra for their mistake. They still want me to pay the outstanding amount for their mistake.
