Builders Warehouse
Roof Sheeting not supplied, now extra money wanted

On the 16th January i went to builders warehouse (Bedworth Park for a quote. The consultant i dealt with was Alec Tshabalala. I asked for a quote on the Big 6 Fibreglass sheeting (See threw). A price was given to me for 5 sheets at the price of R675.00 which i thought was fair. Then on the 29th January i went and paid the full amount for the sheets and was prommissed a two week delivery for the goods. I even showed him the sheet i wanted and he gave me the price for the big six again. I have been calling on a few occasions to find out what has happened to the sheets and why they have not been delivered to them. They gave me answers like the supplier was out of stock and they cant doe the Big 6. I phoned the supplier and asked if they had the big 6 and he advised yes. so i asked if he had an order for me and he asked who i was. He had an order of 15 sheets of something else. I freeked and phoned Alec and told him to fix it. he said he would. 21/2 months later i phoned the manager and he said he would find out and his 2nd in charge would sort this out. delivery was promissed on monday 22 Mar. now they want more money per sheet at R100.00. more excuses. I want at the price charged!!!
