Pathetic service. customer comes last

I went in to cidb office durban. I waited for 45min before someone took notice of me and 2 other gentlemen in the line. More important to the staff was catching up on gossip and jst not giving a abt us. In all fairness we wana do what we came to do but time is just getting watsed. No one is interested in there work. I have been really dissapointed and a horrific experience.
