Your customer service at Game Stores, Three Rivers, Vereeniging is pathetic. Lerato's attitude towards customers is shocking. After I've waited for an hour (ALSO MY LUNCH HOUR) for her to finish her lunch, she told me not have an attitude because "she is still digesting her food". And yes I was rude towards her because as precious as her "lunch time" is to her, so is mine! I was late and couldn't purchase the gifts I needed for today because after the whole "incident" I sure as wasn't in the mood to put up with her attitude. PROBLEM SOLVED... I went to MAKRO VAAL where MAKRO STAFF NOT RCS STAFF help me with my problem with my card without any attitude or problems. It took a whole 45min to resolve the problem BUT the ladies at Makro did it with so much style and grace that it was actually a pleasure! PLEASE SEND LERATO TO MARKO VAAL TO SHOW HER HOW TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS!
