Clutch cable replaced

Im writing this complain because im a very disappointed client.ive got a peugot 206 and the clutch cable must be replaced so the cable was ordered from peugot klersdorp but because im staying in mafikeng i couldnt travel to klerksdorp to have it replaced so i call peugot and told them my situation and ask them to refer me to a dealer in mafikeng to fix the cable and they refer me to a bosch dealer i call bosh and told them my story and a guy told me its fine i can bring my car they will fix it for me, took my car there driving, yesterday at around about 16h15 i got a call informing me that something burn and my car doesnt wana go in gears, i went to bosch after work to and check whats wrong with my car only to find out that the guy who worked on my car burned the fan belt i ask the gentlemen after a long debate and argument i just want my car fix so the gentlemen told me he will gladly tow my car out of the garage because i have a, problem car thats when i ask him isnt it car workshops responsibility to fix a problem car? my question is what kind of service is that my first time and im experience that im so unhappy by the way staff treated me atleast now i know.
