Pathetic Cell C Service

Disgusted with Cell C service at all levels.

I Have applied for three S4 contracts about 3 weeks ago. One new and two are ports from Vodacom. I Dont think Cell C is interested.

I Have gone all the way to the highest office CEO 's. Lucille and Lucky should be trained on customer experience. Absolutely pathetic service given by both. They Make false promises to return back with information but nothing is followed through.

I request someone other than lucky or Lucille to call me back Urgently if you are interested in taking the brand to the next level as Mr Alan Knottcraig Cell C Ceo has stated.

Or maybe I should be mailing Mr Knottcraig directly.
