SHOCKING ATTITUDE

Andre lives in a world where you make an appointment and he expects to see you there. He does not believe in calling you, 20 minutes beforehand, because he is "NOT A SECRETARY'. I asked him to give me a heads-up when he is en route to my home so that I could get there; he failed to do so. He firstly arrived a week later than what was pre-arranged, no phone call and then I found his pamphlet in my post box. He does not return any phone calls nor does he bother to respond to emails. This was the service BEFORE the final measurements and quotation. All I say is "Thank Heavens, this happened prior to us taking him on for the job".

Remember, Andre and team we were not getting you product / services for free.

I will get what I want but NOT from you even if it were for FREE.
