Late for work

This morning i went to the garage to pour petrol. i was helped by Mbali who took my key to open the tank. she open it and after she started running after the car that poured before me. i did not notice. i sat i the car close to 10min. when i stepped out of the car, my tank was open but no one next to it. i went inside the shop to ask were Mbali is no one knew. asked to speak to the manager Alex who did not know what to do. clearly managers at sasol are not trained. Mbali returned after 45min with me keys in her hand. my question is how can you chase after someone with my key, not telling me that you are going somewhere and if you had to run after that car why did she give some else my keys to pour petrol for me. i was late for work cause she ran with my key for 45min. 45min is alot of time. and guess what i got my first warning. time is important in my company. customer care is not a key role at sasol. im shock and i will never use sasol again since customer are not important. MONEY FIRST AND CUSTOMERS NEXT.shocking shocking. Black owned business have a long way to go when it comes to customer service. worst day of my life. thanx to sasol.
