Continued delays when processing a refund

Hi
The supplier advertised light fittings on their website [URL Removed] which I paid for. They then contacted me and said they had no stock. They took the money, however. They keep telling me that refunds take 2-3 days because they go through a buffer. It has been 10 working days and I have had promises of "it will be paid tomorrow" four times but tomorrow never comes.

DO NOT USE THEM

I have lodged a dispute with the bank.
