Ceiling fan had missing parts - still waiting

This is a follow up to another complaint I lodged here, but was resolved. It involved 2 ceiling fans that I wanted but they had no stock. Eventually the stock came and I installed the first fan no problems. A week later I was installing the second fan and noticed that a large component (the light fittings) were not in the box.

I promptly returned the fan telling them my story. They had another one in stock and brought it out. We opened it right there and that box also didn't have the light fittings.

So I processed a return and got store credit for the ceiling fan. I was told that they would contact the supplier and let me know when they have new stock. This was 3 weeks ago and I have heard nothing. I even went in and asked again (a week after the incident) and was told that the supplier had not sent stock or some other excuse.

How long does is take to get stock? The crazy thing is that since the day I was at the Builders looking at the fan on display and deciding to buy it, it has been about 2 months and I still don't have the fan. That is plan ridiculous.
