Mr Effort Mandima's company was hired to finish a wooden floor installation for me. I paid them after they assured me the job was fninished - before confirming for myself that this was the case. As it turned out the job was not finished as a fireplace installation was not finished off, skirting installation was not complete, and dark varnish marks on the floors were not removed as promised.
