While waiting for another company to update their quote, we requested a quote from Exotic Floors for laminate floors (over the festive season when nobody normally care to look at an email), we were visited the very next day for a quote and after we accepted it, a date was scheduled for installation. The team arrived on the day and finished the complete installation by the afternoon, including moving all the furniture out and back again. We were impressed by their professional conduct and positive attitude. Thanks Muriel, you will hear from us again!
BTW, we are yet to receive the other company's quote while already enjoying our new floors.
