Cardinal Flooring
The worst i've ever seen

Last year we had new wooden flooring installed in all our room. After obtaining 3 quotations, we decided on cardinal flooring. They were not the cheapest but we thought the most reliable. What an experience awaited us. So unprofessional. Being in this trade as well, i have never seen such incompetent service. From scratch. The very next day after installation, we had to phone asking for the cleaning ewuipment we were promissed to get. It took nearly 2 weeks to receive this. 2 months, after installation, the wood cracked and the edging lifted. 4 months later and we are still waiting on frans to sort this out. Numerous calls and visits to the store, result in nothing. R18 000 was paid, and they never asked for their money as the money was paid immediately upon installation. I can really urge people to do theire homework before using these people. We have no alternTive as to contact our loyer now to sort this out.
