Serious Installation Issuesfor wooden flooring

After purchasing new wooden flooring from the Builders Warehouse branch in Centurion I also ordered installation and at that time I was ensured that they have sufficient stock. The process was to them to come to the premises, measure the area and do a detailed quote. Thus they were aware of all material required.
An installation date was arranged for 2 days later and immediate payment had to be made. The installation was incomplete due to them not bringing along enough skirting links. We were ensured that they would finish the job the following day. The next day came and went with no response and no installation. No call of any nature at any stage. After phoning the branch I was informed that the team was on another job because our stock was apparently damaged and they couldn't do the installation which seemed like a bogus story. This whole process compiled of almost 10 calls with constant follow-up by me. I even had to phone again on why they were late again after arranging for the floors to be installed 14:00, 2 days after initial installation. It is shocking how little pride was shown by any of the employees and care to resolve the matter. This was shocking service delivery!!!
