Carpet Connection
Worst service!

We had an issue with our Par-Ky flooring that had lifted so we called the original installers, The Carpet Connection, to come and fix it. After their first visit they tried to give us 3 different reasons for the lifting floor although the cause was poor installation. Thereafter they promised to come back to fix it and never pitched up each time (a total of 5 times). When confronted about why they haven't pitched up yet they gave us the excuse of a broken down vehicle twice and said they were waiting for stock the other time. When they did eventually come to fix it they arrived 3 hours after the agreed time. The work they did was sloppy and messy and they still installed the incorrect skirting. They left glue on the wooden floors and didn't stick the skirting down correctly so it is still loose! The staff were incredibly bad mannered and were extremely direspectful, even calling me a when I said they had promised certain things. They left ciggarrette in my braai and broke one of my ornaments in my house.

I am extremely disappointed in their service and their quality of work and I believe that other people should be warned before they use this company.
