Left in the lurch after job half done

Mr Gerhard Viljoen was hired to install wooden floors and a fireplace at my house. He estimated work to be complete after two weeks and two days.

Three weeks and one day later the job was still not complete and Mr Viljoen announced he had to leave for three weeks, leaving me in the lurch with unfinished floors.

His service was unprofessional, unfinished, and the work that was done was not done very well for someone that claims to do this for a living.
