Poor quality carport

After 2 years of building my R50 000 carport with 5 expensive additional polycarb roof sheets for more light, I was shocked to find that the roof was suddenly full of cracks and obviously leaking.By close inspection, I've found that you can push your finger through the sheets, which starts to disintegrate completely, due to a lack of UV blockers in the material.
After many complaints and many phone calls, I was promised by Cobus de Wet, their Operations Manager, that the problem was with their supplier, which supplied them with inferior products. He also mentioned that there are other clients that have experienced the same problem. After months, without any response from their side, I feel that the public need to be warned about Awnmaster's lack of service and poor quality products.
