Very poor service

We had a carport installed by Sunrise Steel in December, the very next day we realised the slope of the roof was wrong so the gutter does not empty. They had also done a very poor job of painting the steel especially on top where it could not be seen.

We paid cash for the installation.

They have twice promised to come out and fix the roof but have not pitched up, now they are not even answering the phone.

I would not recommend anyone to deal with them as they seem to be happy to take your money and run.
