Untreated products!!! Bad quality, poor attitude

In 2010 November, we purchased a Tuffted Ivory Leather Sleigh bed, on sale for R3000 (normal price at approx. R7000). On Saturday, we were repositioning the room and found two strange things. 1. The material was falling off at the touch of a finger and 2. There were white particles on the carpets, which looked like the wood being eaten off. Laetitia, from the Umhlanga branch advised on Sunday that someone would contact us and Rowan an Asst. Warehouse Manager promised to come this week to have a look. Today, Rowan called to advise Jeanne, his manager, said they would not be able to assist. I understand the guarantee has been exceed but really should a product start falling apart and be contaminated with borer within 2 years, the supplier surely should be sympathetic and concerned for the quality of his products. BAD QUALITY PRODUCTS, NEVER WILL PURCHASE AGAIN FROM THIS SUPPLIER.
