National Tile Traders
They were suppoused to credit me -R1900

On the 23 of July i bought the tiles to the value of R28000 and on the 1st of August i returned 9 boxes of tiles as they were not used and i spoke to Margret and she gave me a form to fill so that they can refund me. And she said money will be on my account on the 6th Of August as she must send the form to Head Office.
When i call her on the 6thof August and told her that i haven't receive the money she said she will call head office and come back to me. which she never did and i called head office they said the never receive any documents from her. I would like to get my money as is been a week. Please help.
