After buying 20 odd boxes on Friday and 28 boxes on Saturday (way over 50 boxes of tiles) Due to the fact that the job had to be finished over the weekend, bought more than needed. On Saturday asked the sales person if i'm allowed to return the full boxes not used (When paying, obviously is not a problem)

On the return of 7 boxes (in perfect condition) on monday morning, they deducted 20% handeling fee, after that the manager informs me that he can not refund me if the amount exceeds R500 .He can only put it on my account (never had an account and don't want an account with them)

I, m a building contractor (hwk construction) doing business with national tile traders for many years. On the floor under the sales counter a small board with the term and conditions is on display never saw that board in my life.

Over the years buying thousands of boxes, that is the way customers is ripped of loosing money for nothing
With great disappointment left the store with nearly R 300 less than was paid for on Saturday. Will never do business with them again
