Telling a customer they have stock when they dont

I had ordered and paid for tiles at Tile Africa on the 11th August, I popped into CTM on the 12th August to look at some tapes and found some nicer tiles which were a bit more expensive, I approached a sales person to confirm stock, which they confirmed they had (confirmed with a quote, on 12th August). I proceeded to cancel my order at Tile Africa and proceeded to go pay for the tiles at CTM, when I got there (12th August) there had been a mess up with the stocking system and they didn't have the quantities at all they had told me. I complained and was told I have to buy a more expensive tile. They didn't even bother to help as the mistake had been on their side, and I had now cancelled another order and lost those tiles as well.

Well done CTM for the worst service every, you have now lost a client for life.

PS I'm building a 2500 sqm house in MOOIKLOOF and NO tiles/tapes etc. will come from you AT ALL now and forever..
