Pool cleaner swopped

I took my Zodiak pool cleaner to Clearwater. It was sent to the company for a Warranty repair. After a week we were told it is not back yet. We waited another week. The shop owner was there and blamed the lady assistant of incompetence. They sent 6 cleaners away and she did not do it correctly. On the Tuesday we enquired again to be told by the lady that it had been back at Clearwater for almost a week and that the owner didn't know what he was talkin about. I got home and had a look at the MX8 (collected by my Mom), to find it was not the correct MX8! It had my name inside it, but the flippers were a different color, it was much more worn out than mine and the lid on top did not close properly. A piece of!!! I now need to waste another trip there and don't know what the response will be! PS: I also marked my MX8 before taking it to them. Definitely not the correct machine!!!
