Not replying or fixing faulty lounge suite

We bought a lounge suite in January 2013 and one chair started giving problems from day one. However we did not report the problem since a second chair started not working proberly.

We phone Rochester Menlyn in August 2013 asking them how do we arrange for this to be fixed. They said we need to come to there branch to fill in a form which will be sent to Head Office and then Head Office will fixed it.

As it is not possible for me to drive (due to an accident) I asked them if they could sent me the form to complete via mail which the agreed to do. I received the form on the 29th of August. We completed and signed the form and sent it back to them on the 30th of August. We did not get any reply. Then on the 19th of September I resent the form asking them for feedback and also how long this will take. I included the website address for Michael who've sent it to me as well as the main Rochester Atterbury address.

To date I have not received any reply.

Why is it that if I stop my payment for 1 month I will get a call within a week but when I ask for something to be fixed under warrantee, I don't get any feedback?

I really want this sorted ASAP.
