AGAINST THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT & THE NCR

I had been out of the country and returned recently and therefore had not paid my account yet. The account will be paid at month end. It was found upon my return that my parents have been receiving numerous calls from Builders Warehouse whom had been discussing my account with my parents, no where in my application for the account had i advised my account can be discussed with a THIRD PARTY. This type of practice is against the national credit regulations and the consumer protection act together with the protection of personal information act. I had advised previously that this will not be tolerated and had let it slide, i am NOT willing to accept this type of behavior from your organization. Corrective measures should be in place to avoid such, further more i would expect such a large company to know the law. My parents have no dealings with my personal affairs and to hear from them about my account due to your staff incompetence is ridiculous. I will be taking matters further.
