Contravention of the consumer protection act

I am contacting your company regarding the advertising pamphlets that was placed in the fence at my house on 13 June 2013. I required you to immediately stop this type advertisement at my private residence as I did not give your company any permission to do this. In terms of the consumer protection act I did place two notice boards, one written and one signage (very clearly visible) stating no postal deliveries, yet the junk mail was pushed in next to it. I will be taking legal action if this unsolicited advertising does not stop. I will be waiting for your response to this matte
