My name is Johanna Oberholzer.
In 2011 I obtained a personal loan from Finchoice. I can just say that during the loan application and the paying out of the loan everything was done very professionally and their service was perfect
One of the benefits of the loan is that they have a protection policy against several things, which one of them is protection against retrenchment. The instalment for this policy was R40.80 per month. I received the unfortunate news of retrenchment June and my services to the company I was working for ended on the 25th June 2012. I received a package of one month and leave and still paid my account until the end of August with the retrenchment package. Please I need assistance with resolving this account as I have contacted this company several times via phone calls and faxes, I am receiving threatening sms's, phone calls and letters from them. I have done my bit to keep them up to date with the everything but I am getting a cold shoulder from them. JUST PAY YOUR ACCOUNT IS THEIR MOTTO. Please contact me for further information as this few characters don't give enough space to lodge the full complaint.
