Really bad quality work

As a children's home with 15 children in our permanent care, our wooden floors take a beating. But I was assured that the work Craig Blewett did to revarnish our floors would last at least 5 years. After just 1 MONTH, the varnish started wearing off. Despite contacting Craig a number of times and him promising to fix it, he never came back nor offered us a discount. After 6 months they were so bad that we had to redo the job (with funds we can't afford to waste) and you can see the immediate difference. I tried to be reasonable but have heard nothing from Criag.
