Cosmopolitan Housing Projects
BAD SERVICE & NO PROPER COMMUNICATION TO CLIENTS

I bought a house with Cosmopolitan housing Projects in Pretoria- ROSSLYN AREA, last year 2012 September already! And I was informed that due to problems wit municipality, construction will start end march 2013 bt construction started in july!

In End AUGUST 2013 I received an sms to say the house is 95% complete, since August till today the house has been 95% and nothing is happening! Wen I call to find out what's going on I'm being told its goin to take a week for the house to be completed! Its been 3months now!

I evn put a notice at myflat because I thought the house would be done and I didn't. Want to pay for a flat and the house! So now I'm staying at a friends place and still when I call I'm still told to be patient they are waiting for the Elec and water to be connected! But I was told a month ago that Electricity was connected and they are still busy with the water connections and that was a month ago!

I wish I never did business with this people so much inconvinience and nobody seem to know anything and they keep postponing everytime! Its been a full year now! This is disgusting service! I would never refer even encourage people to do business with them!
