Quality of floors NOT up to suppliers promise

We approached Lifestyle coatings to install floors in our entertainment area, spare bedroom & outside deck as their advert met the criteria of being a hard wearing, durable quality floor that could withstand wear & tear & traffic of an entertainment / high traffic area. Paul sent his team to install the floors in April. We were unhappy with the sealing of the floor. The seal was inconsistent resulting in matt & shiny areas of the floor. In some areas the floor is not hard wearing due to the light sealing & scratches, scuffs & damages easily. Paul attempted to re-seal the floor with his own sealer & it caused a de-lamination. He now refuses to come back to remedy the floor sealing & even the de-lamination caused by his lack of knowledge of his own product? He is saying that he now wants me to pay the outstanding R1000 which is less than 10% of the total price he charged before he fixes the floor which is badly sealed, now scratched in several areas in the entertainment & cracking on the outside deck area. How can I pay the oustanding amount when I'm not happy with the quality of the work & the floor is being damaged daily? Just deliver on your PROMISE! I feel cheated as a consume
