Avoid this company for floor re-surfacing

This company was contracted to resurface my wooden floors. At the innitial briefing we were led to believe that it was a simple task we presumed that it would be a days work. Four days later with us having to be out of the house and eventually when we could use the floors we found that there were many defects on the floor finnishing. The company was alowed back to rectify only to leave the floors patchy and in some parts worse than before they started the repairs.

The apparent dust free sanding left our home in a mess with the machinery breaking down and the workers running out of material to keep the rollers clean.

I am now in a position where I will have to get anothet comany in to rectify and resurface the floors. I am seeking legal advise before any further payments are made to this company.
