EAGLES RENOVATORS - PATHETIC WORKMANSHIP

Want to renovate your wooden floors? Don't use Eagles Renovators, they are pathetic. They promise you that you will have a smooth finish when they are done, but instead I have a floor which according to a Third Party will cost me R7000, 00 to restore. The floors were not properly sanded, the surface is uneven, the gleem that was used, was put on over the dust on the floors which gives it an uneven, sandpaper feel. The corners of the rooms were not varnished, the sided of the floors were not schemed as promised. The floors have dull marks... want to know more? No I am being called a and I am being ignored if I ask when and how they are going to rectify this mess... to date Stephanie has not replied, she said her attorney will be contacting me - this was 10 days ago and now she says I can wait "jy kan wag tot my prokureur jou kontak aangesien jy die strop stywer trek" What is she trying to say? she will not fix the mess? how do I get a responce from this woman if this is her answer to my question - she quarantee's the final product?? I would be ashamed to put my companies name to this job if I was Stephanie.
