Never expect good advice along with purchases

I have a problem with my shower tiles coming loose. I was given advise by a handyman to purchase bonding liquid and mosaic fix along with the mosaic tiles and to then get hold of a tiler. When I purchased the Mosaic Fix from Builders Tile Warehouse, they did not tell me that the new type of Mosaic Fix does not require bonding liquid anymore because the bonding solution id included in the mix and only water is required on-site. This has caused the grouting (I used the mosaic fix as cement and grouting) to crack up in multiple places. I am now required to either remove all the tiles or only the grouting and re-tile or re-grout the shower, for which I no-longer have the cash to do...
