Tile Disaster Delays Project

After selecting MAIN Tiles & DECORATIVE Tile combinations for 7 Bathrooms,
A to Z TILES recommended a tiler and arranged for site meetings to allocate tiles to areas.
Problems with the PAID for tiles from A to Z TILES - DUNVEGAN, Edenvale
- large MAIN tiles supplied, with rough edging made evident when grouted
- numerous MAIN & DECORATIVE tiles chipped on edges in the box (random intervals)
- after tiling commenced discovered incorrect tile/colour (s) delivered on MAIN (large) tiles
- mosaics supplied, unevenly placed on backing and some pieces incorrectly sized
- damaged mosaics supplied
- colour variance (s) in mosaic and decorative tiles supplied,
- some tille colours incorrect in the same box
After another site meeting an additional handling fee went from 15% - 20% to rectify / resolve some of the issues.
Lack of resolve regarding MAIN TILE supplied?
To date unresolved! Very disappointed!
A totally unexpected let down after first impressions!
