How not to do paving

A few months ago my husband hired Western Province Paving to redo the paving around our swimming pool and to tile outside steps etc. Firstly they job was rushed in a few hours, the tiles were not even with various tiles sticking up, the grouting was cracked and rubbed away within a few weeks, around the steps of the pool the pavers almost seemed to go out of the way to make it dangerous - rough edged cut tiles, jagged tiles sticking up and lots of uneveness. Despite various weeks of moaning the work still hasnt been rectified and we are refusing to pay until the job is done properly - today a few pavers on site to supposedly recify problem - new grout simply wiped onto the old problematic grout and the problem tiles around the steps were dampened with water and I was then told that all the problems had been sorted. Whatever you do, do not use this company as the pavers really do not know what to do and the owner doesn't seem interested in giving good service - rules for paving - they must be even, if you have to cut do it properly and always make sure you use proper grouting.
