Plumbing service synonymous of a third world count

This is the second plumber I have tried dealing with and the service I am receiving is absolutely shocking. I would not recommend plumbing247 at all. After several attempts to meet with Manie, we finally confirmed a meeting for 11am this morning. 11:30, no one to be seen. Contacted him only to be told he was busy with personal issues and his co-workers should have been there already. Told him he had until 12:30 to confirm arrival or else I would leave the premises and look somewhere else and I was told that's fine. It is now 13:20 and I have still not heard from. With this type of service delivery it is synonymous of us being labelled as a third world country.
