Terrible service

They agreed to remove roof tiles from the property and kept messing me around for more than two weeks,
with countless phone calls and promises from their part. they never delivered!!
this morning I tried to contact them as was answered by a very rude women, and was informed they can no longer help me and I must get someone else to do it. the manner and language she used with me was totally unacceptable.
