Very bad service

We moved into this property and it was terrible, promises was made to fix the place up before we moved in,
after 1 month of struggling to get hold of the agent responsible for our unit to get banking details, it was told to us he no-longer works there but our rent is dew more than a week, payment was made and new agent was given to us, inspection on the property was done. The only thing fixed is the geyser, we still have dirty carpets, broken tiles, broken shower door and stairs without any rail but you be sure on the first of every month we get erased with phone calls for the rent is this fair. Thanks ERA for NOTHING
