Rude Awakening

At 6:25 am this morning I received a call from Autopage (2743 706 7367) looking for Karel Horn (my brother). I was put down as the contact person on the form he completed.

At 6:25!!! I asked the lady why she is phoning me at 6:25 in the morning, her reply: She works from 6:00 to 13:00 everyday. I kept hammering on the fact that I am not even the client and they phone me at 6:25 in the morning which is totally unacceptable! All they are interested is that they want to talk to Karel there and then. I requested to speak to the supervisor (Jacques) he said they are allowed to phone anytime. I said business hours are between 8:00 and 17:00 and I do not think that this is the appropriate time to phone people, he insisted that I give him a time that is more suitable to be phoned (and harassed).

I am not your client, never was, never will be, I therefore do not appreciate being phoned at 6:25 in the morning waking every one in the home. This is totally unacceptable. I demand that you remove my contact details from your system as I do not consent to Autopage abusing my details!
