POOR QUALITY

My husband and I have been running after Trend design for 1 yr. The lack of customer support is appalling.
We purchased a lounge suite genuine leather and a month later the one side sunk, we then brought it to their attention and to date nothing has been done.

I have been phoning and they keep making empty promises, I know want a refund I just wonder will that take another year. I plan to expose this, nobody should have to go through what we have gone through.
