Bad Service or Shopping Experience

I have purchased a Town House and am fixing items within my place. So on route home I stop in at my nearest Builders Warehouse Rivonia/Sunninghill... Asking for items or things one's is looking for off the persons on the floor is not the best experience and get such bad attitude... Builders, you need to improve this within your branches as it isn't the only Builders that has such bad service. Find it the same in Boksburg (really bad and don't go there anymore as well as Edenvale).
