Stock in another branch

I purchased steel and Builders was supposed to deliver yesterday (Wednesday, 17 April 2013). Builders did not honour their promise. Today when I follow them up they tell me that they do not have stock of one of the items on my order (Y8 steel)
Builders tells me that they have it in another branch (Centurion), how is that my problem. They must get the item and deliver it where it is supposed to be delivered.
