On the 15th Feb 2013 i purchased a Ryobi Brush Cutter from builders. When i returned the item this morning (28th March) for the " pull starter string" which had snapped 2 days ago. The product is not even 10weeks old and i was told it would take 18days before i had an answer as to weather the item would be repaired or replaced... As i live on a plot and have a problem with ticks on my dogs. Should i wait for another dog to die until builders decides to pull their finger and start assisting their clients? This is pathetic service and any product which breaks under 3 months should be replaced immediately and the issue be handled between builders and ryobi... All other companies exchange damaged goods in under 3 months BUT NOT BUILDERS WAREHOUSE... Perhaps everyone should start going back to the smaller and CHEAPER supplier such as Jacks, Manny's Timbercity, Build-it and Cashbuild whom all offer a service 10 times better than builders...
Hence builders have 30 till points and 1 for returns = Quick to take our money but take weeks to give you just an answer...
