BUILDERS EXPRESS PRICES ARE GOING UP BY 45%

I bought 5 items from builders express. When I got home I realised that they overcharged me by 45% on 2 of the items. When I returned the items they did refund me the money that they owed me. No one apologized, they just said the prices went up because of the new year and nobody gave them the new prices. Which mean to me 2 things, builders express has put up their prices by 45%, and they do not feel the need to put the correct prices with the items.

I suggest that Builders Express's staff learn to apologise when they make a mistake.
Maybe implement, a double the difference policy like Pick and Pay do (If you make a mistake you have to refund the client double the difference of the mistake).

I must also add that this is the third time that Builders Express has sold something to me at a different price than on the price tag.
It seems fairly odd that the price that they get wrong is never in the client's favour.
