Very Bad Service

I went to Builder's Warehouse on Sunday 14/07/2013 to buy some wood.

It took 45 minutes just to get the quotation only to be informed that they could not cut the wood today. After complaining about the service whilst paying for some other items, the manager, Natalie, informed us that they would cut the wood today, but only after 2 pm.

We waited until from 12 pm until 2:30 only to be informed that they would not be able to cut the order. We insisted that the wood be cut, but an hour later we eventually had to cancel the order and get a refund.

The service was exceptionally poor and Builder's Warehouse will definitely NEVER see me again. I'll rather drive 30 km's to another store before ever going back.
