Do not use these people!

We paid over R4000 to install a heater lamp in our bathroom. After two months the lamp fell put and smashed into hundreds of pieces all over the floor, leaving a gaping hole in the roof with live wiring hanging down into our bathroom. The manager, Jade, evaded all our calls and we were eventually called by an arrogant and rude woman named Kathy who said that we cannot expect other people to pay for damages to our house and we must claim from our insurance! Eventually after threatening legal action, Jade emailed us and said they won't take responsibility for our faulty ceiling! The company is full of charletons and shouldn't be allowed to practice business.
