Regarding installation of ceiling in my house

Good Morning, In 2011 December Ashley from Hardy ceilings did unfinished job in my house. I am working overseas and when I was at home he never came to assess the work done by his employees. I complained to him that he is using cheap labour after I paid him R260000.00 for only 300sqm rooms.the ceiling is not complete and I was not at home when the final work was done.he never came to check the work and he told me that I was supposed to complain after the job done.how can I follow up the final when I am overseas and he did not when he is in South Africa and after being paid, That is the worst job and the worst company I have ever seen. The company is in Polokwane. Clients should be careful not to fall in my situation.
