Chamberlains catch the public

I purchased a portable lamp for power failures from Chamberlains Centurion.
The lamp was never used. When I needed to use the lamp it did not work.
I returned the lamp to the store who in turn were not interested in taking the lamp nor sending it back to their suppliers.
At the end of the day they took the lamp and over six months later when I enquired as to the status of my return, I was told that the supplier had closed and because I had the lamp awhile they were not the least interested in honouring their warranty.
I feel that Chamberlains are rip offs as I was not the only client complaining about their products and non of the clients that day left with any of the clients issues resolved, but Chambelains were happy not to return their money.
Public beware when dealing with Chamberlains
