AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

We have recently built a home, prior to completion Green Power installed 4 solar geysers (at a cost of approx. R75000.00). The control panels were installed on the roof, only now as lay people we have learnt that the control panels have to be installed in a reachable place, inside a cupboard ect. to be able to adjust the settings according to weather changes. Further to that there are loose panels, 2 of the geysers are leaking and on many occasions we have no hot water. The owners (Anthony Burns) have been approached to please assist and to recitfy the poor workmanship, but they are not interested. A shocking way to conduct business, what happened to the Consumer protection?
