This company is fake and the owner is a!!!

This man came to us offering his services in our complex as an electrical contractor on the 28 February 2013, he offered to put in a pre-paid meter for R2900. He came with credibility from our complex manager so we went ahead and paid him the R2900. He promised us that the meter would be installed on the Wednesday the 6 March but he said something came up and he couldn't make it, after many excuses and no shows we realised that we had been had. When I asked for a refund in April he said he would do it and now it's June and still nothing. We tried the police but they said it is a civil case and they need more evidence. I see now that he himself has posted a compliment on HP about himself and its all. DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!
